The DF65-50 X2 is one of Artcoustic's most popular models. It's slim line profile, combined with a powerful and articulate performance, makes it the ideal choice for high-end hi-fi and multi-room installations, without the need for a subwoofer. The X2 bass system and twin 5.5" long-throw mid-woofers enable the DF65-50 X2 to deliver terrific bass response that extends down to 35 Hz. Indeed, the low frequency performance is the equivalent of speakers twice it's size. The speaker excels at the upper end of the frequency spectrum too, with a frequency response of up to 40KHz at 96dB (1w +/- 2dB). Overall the performance is exemplary, with deep, tight bass and sparkling high frequency performance. All this in a speaker that looks too good to be a loudspeaker.

The DF65-50 X2 is ideal for near-field to mid-field studio monitoring, for small to medium sized home cinema installations, and for commercial use in bars, restaurants and corporate presentation facilities.
